Like a lot of radio DJs it's taken lovely Annie Mac a while to get into her stride as a club DJ. I saw her five or so years ago and she was not as good as last weekend.
At Koko she smashed the packed Camden venue playing remixes of MstrKrft's Heartbreaker and Yeah Yeah Yeah's Heads Will Roll.
And the Radio 1 star was in good company with Zinc on just before her and man of the moment Fake Blood headlining. Earlier dubstep kings Benga and Skream went back to back with the latter playing his excellent new Chromeo remix and Benga taking things in a dirty bass-heavy direction.
